- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors have so far been good but I agree with the majority of these reviews, someone needs to sort out the ridiculous phone system and long waits, both on the phone and in the waiting room. Apparently you can book appointments online - why on earth don’t they make this very obvious when you register at the practice (while you have all the correct documentation on you) and set everyone up there and then. Anything to avoid a 7+ minute wait on the phone only to find I’ll have to call back at 08:30 on the day I want the appointment!by Lucy CraigAugust 05, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Reception staff are rude, one of the GPS mixed up my medications and gave me something I've never taken. Nobody answers the phone, and getting an appointment seems to be impossible these days especially for those who work full time. I order my repeat prescription every month, write everything down on a sheet with very clear instructions but still they have managed to mess up my meds again. It's not good enough.
